If you are not completely satisfied with your candles or if they are damaged upon receipt, please call my toll free number 1-877-430-7444 or send me an e-mail  "honeycombhollow@comcast.net" and I will refund your money or replace the candles.
 

Please do not return the shipment to the address listed on my web site we will give you instructions on the return.
 

Exception:
All custom orders (any candles specially made at your request that do not appear on my web site) cannot be returned.
